Brooklyn Nets fans are split on how good the offseason has been

The Brooklyn Nets have made it through the majority of its offseason as they have seen most of their 2023 NBA Draft picks in action and have signed some interesting players in free-agency. While some important players have left either through trades or through the open market as a free-agent, it’s clear that Brooklyn had a goal in terms of building the team.

The Nets lost a lot of shooting as Joe Harris, Patty Mills, and Seth Curry, just to name a few, will be playing in different jerseys next season. In turn, Brooklyn has gained a considerable amount of athleticism and have made the team more youthful in the process.

The Nets have a good core for the future in Mikal Bridges, Nic Claxton, Ben Simmons, and Nic Claxton and have some solid pieces around them in Spencer Dinwiddie, Dorian Finney-Smith, and Royce O’Neale to be the veteran presence for a young, ascending squad.

In a recent poll conducted by NetsDaily, the majority of fans who voted in the survey believe that Brooklyn either had a good offseason or a middle-of-the-road kind of offseason, but seem to be split down the middle. Seeing that the Nets have not yet pulled off a trade of epic proportions, it makes sense that fans have been generally okay with what the organization has done this summer.
