The Golden State Warriors duo of Steph Curry and Klay Thompson have been one of the most dominant double acts in the NBA for over a decade. With four NBA championships to their name, Curry and Thompson should be on everybody’s list of the league’s dominant duos.
However, in a recent article by Bleacher Report’s Greg Swartz, where he ranked the best two-man partnerships in the NBA, Curry, and Thompson didn’t even earn themselves an honorable mention. Perhaps it’s because Curry spent two seasons without Thompson while he recovered from injury, or maybe it’s that now the two guards are in or around their mid-30’s, they’re no longer seen as the force they once were.
Yet, Curry and Thompson are just one season removed from their latest championship and will head into the new season among the favorites to make a run to the NBA finals.
