Nick Kyrgios has responded to Novak Djokovic’s coaching offer after the Serb several times jokingly stated he’d love to coach the Australian.In April, record 23-time Grand Slam champion Djokovic said that with the right price, he could guide Kyrgios to five Grand Slam titles “I would love to coach Nick Kyrgios.
He would win five Slams with me, but it would not come cheap!” Djokovic said in the spring.Kyrgios, who has been traveling solo for quite some time, was asked about Djokovic’s offer. “[Laughs] I think most coaches wouldn’t mind taking me on because it would be a roller coaster and there would be a lot of fun.
But I’m not sure Novak would take it too seriously,” Kyrgios said.

Kyrgios has been without a coach for a really long-time and that method seems to be working just fine for him.Last year, Kyrgios made his first Grand Slam final at Wimbledon and he was also a quarterfinalist at the US Open.Kyrgios feels he knows his game the best and adding someone could mess up things.”I’ve found a way without it.
I feel like it’s hard for me to let someone into my team and my experiences. I know my game the best and it’s hard for me to find a coach who will care about my best interests,” Kyrgios said.Meanwhile, Kyrgios is preparing for Wimbledon.
After a career-best Grand Slam run at The Championships last year, Kyrgios is certainly hoping to make another strong run at Wimbledon this year.In his Wimbledon opener, Kyrgios plays against former top-10 player David Goffin.
Leading up to Wimbledon, Kyrgios played just one tournament.After missing the first half of the season, Kyrgios returned to action in Stuttgart, where he lost to Yibing Wu in the first round after being hampered by his knee. Kyrgios withdrew from Halle and Mallorca but he is ready to play Wimbledon.
