Former Italian tennis player Andreas Seppi, who retired in 2022, getting victories over the likes of Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. In an exclusive interview with Sportskeeda, Seppi, who participated in 66 consecutive editions of the Grand Slam (the third-longest streak in men’s tennis history), talked about the Big Three and his most prestigious victories.Seppi recounted his biggest victory, the one against Federer at the 2015 Australian Open.
He told: “It was one of my best games, if not the best of the tour. It was one of the few matches where I was always very calm throughout the match and had the feeling that everything was working. It’s a fantastic feeling and it’s not often that you feel that everything is working well and that you are able to maintain a certain concentration during the entire match.”Seppi then talked about the difficulty of facing the Big Three: “I think it’s not always very easy to play against a lefty in general, because they have different speeds and their serve is not easy to return.
