David Duke Jr. scores 24 to lead Nets past Bucks 92-71


The Brooklyn Nets played the Milwaukee Bucks in the Vegas Summer League on Tuesday and won 92-71.

For the Nets, David Duke Jr. had 24 points and eight rebounds while Kennedy Chandler had 17 points and seven assists. Jalen Wilson had 14 points and Armoni Brooks had 13 points.

For the Bucks, Lindell Wigginton had 11 points while Chris Livingston had nine points.

In a game that was a defensive battle for the first half, Brooklyn brought the game open in the third quarter. Not only did the Nets win the period 35-9, but they won the second half 52-31.

Brooklyn’s next game is Thursday against the Toronto Raptors.
