Inaugural Bored Ape Yacht Party to Be Hosted in Portugal

The first-ever European Bored Ape Yacht Club party will take place on the gorgeous Algarve beach in Portugal between 10 – 12th July 2023. According to the festival organizers, the lines between the physical world and metaverse dimensions will be blurred with digital effects as the ship’s captain is ready to showcase the iconic Benagil Cave.

The unprecedented Bored Ape adventures in real life will be followed by an exclusive DJ set by DJ Ape. During the yacht party, physical BAYC and MAYC merchandise will be given away. In contrast, the party in The Lick venue in Vilamoura will be concluded with a one-of-a-kind Bored Ape contemporary art performance, bridging the gap between the metaverse and the real world.

Dubai Apes Are Ready for Part Two

The first physical world get-together for the vast community of MAYC and BAYC was held in Dubai, UAE, in March as a part of the Dubai International Boat Show. The party included a live art auction and a rare BAYC merch sale.

According to a well-known BAYC community member PunkApe, some crypto enthusiasts who joined the Dubai experience have already met in smaller groups after the unforgettable event.

The cheapest ticket to BlockDown 2023 in Portugal is the $299.40 Standard Ticket. While the regular price is $500, the ongoing 40% Early Bird promotion provides a juicy discount, but there’s no information on how many tickets will be available.
