James Maddison has certainly made the most of his immense earnings after a superb five seasons at Leicester.
The 26-year-old has proven to be one of the Premier League’s most talented attacking midfielders since he signed from Norwich in 2018.

But the Foxes are now in the Championship, and Maddison has jumped ship to remain in the Premier League with Tottenham the club to get their hands on the England man, paying £40million plus-add-ons for his services.
For much of his stay at Leicester, Maddison has lived inside a luxurious house that would be perfect for any football fan. Although he’ll have to move out of it now.
One of the most striking features is the garden, with Maddison having his own 5G pitch fitted at the top of it.
Such an addition would likely be a dream for any young football fan – and would save the hassle of clearing up broken plants and windows from wayward shots.

However, to top it all off, Maddison’s mini turf has a personalised touch as ‘JM10’ is initialled in the centre circle.
He enlisted the help of The Garden Design Co. to bring his dream to life and was full of joy when speaking about the impressive work that they did.
“I think if you look around and you see the garden, it’s everything that I probably would’ve dreamed of having as a young boy, you know, especially with the football pitch at the top,” he said.
“My love is always for football, and obviously recently I’ve become a father as well to my little boy. So, having the garden here is everything that I would’ve wanted as a little boy myself, and just that opportunity to go and play on an actual pitch into a proper goal.
“It sounds silly, but I used to have to use wooden sticks as a goal post and stuff, and there’s nothing wrong with that, but it’s just a better opportunity for the little man in a few years’ time.”
Videos of the pitch have previously been posted on his Instagram story, with his partner Kennedy Alexa also having a go on the turf.

One heartwarming post also featured his dad on the pitch as they celebrated Fathers’ Day together.
Such a garden is blessed with so much space, with the pitch also accompanied by a stunning heated outdoor swimming pool, a fire pit and a gym.
It also boasts a garden kitchen, bar and outdoor entertainment centre, one that Maddison put to good use during Euro 2020.
After missing out on the England squad, he decided to invite friends and family round for the Three Lions’ opener against Croatia.
“The best time we’ve probably had was the opening group game of the Euros for England, right? So, I had my friends around and we got good weather on the day so we could use the barbecue area,” Maddison added.
“I looked around, I remember seeing like my friends were in the pool, a few of them were having a kickabout and stuff like that. And I thought, ‘that’s exactly why I got it done’, you know. So, yeah, it was perfect.”
Back inside, there’s plenty of football memorabilia as Maddison has walls filled with shirts from opposition players.
Shirts of Premier League stars past and present including Mohamed Salah, Harry Kane, Eden Hazard and Sergio Aguero can all be spotted.

He also has a replica trophy of the FA Cup that he won with Leicester in 2021, as well as a signed shirt from his England debut in 2019 against Montenegro.
Maddison’s transfer to Tottenham could see him move into yet another luxurious home for him and his family.
Should new tenants move into his current pad then there is a lot for them to be excited about, especially if they love football as much as he does.
