Josh Giddey and Jalen Williams both named onto the 2023 Rising Stars roster

It looks like the Oklahoma City Thunder will have at least three participants for the All-Star weekend.

With Shai Gilgeous-Alexander likely being named an All-Star reserve, the Thunder will also be represented by Josh Giddey and Jalen Williams in the Rising Stars game.

The Rising Stars roster was announced on Tuesday with both Giddey and Williams being listed. Neither of them should be surprising as both have been one of the better players in their respective draft classes.

In 45 games, Giddey is averaging 16.1 points, eight rebounds and 5.7 assists. In 46 games, Williams is averaging 12.1 points, 3.9 rebounds and 2.8 assists.

This is Giddey’s second consecutive Rising Stars bid and Williams’ first. Both players are the 12th and 13th players in Thunder history to make the game.

The Rising Stars game will be played on Friday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. CT.
