Nate Diaz totally snapped after Jake Paul’s employee, Derek Sullivan, confidently predicted the YouTuber to knock the MMA star ‘the f*** out’.
Both Diaz and Sullivan have history with the latter asking Diaz in May if he could fight his brother, Nick, on the Paul vs Diaz undercard, saying: “If he’s anything like you, I think I’d beat his f****** a**.”
Sullivan, who works for Paul’s Betr Media, was in attendance at the Paul vs Diaz press conference on Thursday ahead of Saturday night’s showdown, live on talkSPORT – and he didn’t soften his approach second time round.
As Sullivan introduced himself, a mischievous Paul said: “Oh, not you again. Better keep it professional, my man.”
After receiving boos from fans behind in attendance, Sullivan shouted: “F*** you guys.”
He then turned to both fighters and said: “Sorry, Derek from Betr Media here, I just wanted to apologise for the last press conference when I asked to fight your brother on the undercard. I’m sorry that your feelings were hurt.”
Sullivan added: “… It was an apology. Maybe if your boys see me, maybe they won’t f*** me up this week… anything to say, Nate?”
Diaz showed restraint not responding to Sullivan, until the latter said: “Can’t wait to watch Jake knock you the f*** out.”
A furious Diaz stood up and said: “Ay, bring this little b**** up here or get him the f*** out of here.”
As Derek made his way towards the stage, Paul sarcastically said: “Oh no. Oh no, Derek what have you done?”
At this point Diaz went on a passionate, and sometimes inaudible, rant which included multiple unsavoury homophobic jibes.
Diaz said: “… the respect from all the pussies in this f****** f****t’s camp, motherf*****, that’s the problem.
“F****** influencers. This influencer’s a f****** island g** boy because of motherf****** like you, b****.
“You’re the f****** bad guys and this little f*** right here needs his a** whipped.
“And f*** your dad too! How about that? F*** your whole shit.”
