After such an intense and emotional tennis season, the ATP Awards will celebrate the best tennis players of 2023. And finally the names of all the players who will compete for the prestigious awards have been announced by the ATP Tour through its website.

Comeback Player of the Year

This is the athlete who overcame a serious injury to re-establish himself as one of the best on the circuit.

The tennis player who achieved a significantly higher ATP ranking by the end of the year and who demonstrated an increasingly improving level of performance throughout the season.

Coach of the Year

Among the highlights of the season, there are obviously Novak Djokovic’s three Slam victories, at the Australian Open, Roland Garros and the US Open.

The Serbian also won the ATP Finals in Turin. Carlitos Alcaraz won his second Slam title at Wimbledon, beating Novak Djokovic in an epic final after a five-set battle. Finally, Italy won the second Davis Cup in its history, 47 years after the first time, also thanks to the performances of Jannik Sinner.
