Virginia Elena Carta, Alessandra Fanali and Clara Manzalini will be on the field at the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open, stage of the LET which takes place in the Czech Republic from 23 to 25 June on the course of the Royal Beroun Golf Club in Prague.

In the field, made up of 126 athletes, there will be six of the top ten of the Race To Costa del Sol (order of merit). Chance of victory for the Czech Krystina Napoleaova, fresh from her first LET title in the Amundi German Masters at the Seddiner See Golf & Country Club.

Krystina Napoleaova, situation

The former AC Sparta Praha player is hoping to replicate her recent success at home and, like her, fellow home player Klara Davidson Spilkova, who will be looking to clinch her third title on the circuit.

Currently Spilkova is fourth in the order of merit and with a victory she could climb to the top or second place but everything will depend on the performance of the Spanish Ana Peláez Trivino. The latter, current No.

2, has the opportunity to overtake the Indian leader Aditi Ashok, – absent in this stage – should she pass the cut or finish at least in 62nd place. Prediction also for the English Cara Gainer, already runner up in Germany in the Amundi German Masters and now in the top ten of the order of merit (n.

10), who will try to celebrate the first feat of the season. She will aim for an encore Jana Melichova trying to defend the title obtained by amateur last year. Waiting for the blue Virginia Elena Carta who, after the ninth place at the Amundi German Master and with an increasing performance, is certainly one of the possible protagonists this week.

Alessandra Fanali also returns to the field, who will try to redeem the two cuts that she failed to make in the last two rounds of the circuit, and Clara Manzalini, in her sixth round of the season. The tournament takes place over 54 holes with a cut after 36 for the first 60 classified and tied. Out of a prize fund of 300,000 euros, 45,000 will go to the winner.
