In the tournament played over 90 holes at the La Manga Club in Murcia, Spain, on the two courses of the North Course (par 71) and the South Course (par 73), Clara Manzalini, category 16, also had cards.

42nd with 363 (+2), Giulia Molinaro, 53rd with 365 (+4), and Sara Berselli, 60th with 369 (+8), both in category 19, who will have fewer chances to play on the next continental women’s circuit.

Lucrezia Colombotto Rosso, who did not pass the cut after 72 holes (91st with 296, +8), will also be able to enroll in category 19.

In each category, the order of registration for the tournaments will be dictated by the position in the final ranking of the Let Q-School. The competitors alternated for four rounds on the two tracks, then the fifth took place on the South Course.

The Germans Polly Mack (68 68 66 73 71) and Alexandra Försterling (68 71 67 67 73) finished in first place ex aequo with 346 (-15) strokes, who were rewarded not only with the ‘card’ but also with a check for 3,750 euros.

In third place with 347 (-14) the French amateur Nastasia Nadaud, in fourth with 348 (-13) the Slovenian Ana Belac and in fifth with 350 (-11) the Thai Trichat Cheenglab. Alessandra Fanali (72 70 74 68 74), eleventh after four rounds, had several difficulties in the final round where she found herself a shot over par after the first nine holes (a birdie, a double bogey).

On the way back she scored another birdie, she put everything at risk with two bogeys, then with great coolness she reached the goal with the third birdie of the day on the last hole (74, +1). The Rules of Golf are a set of standard rules and procedures by which the sport of golf should be played.

They are jointly written and maintained by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, the governing body for golf worldwide, outside of the United States and Mexico, which are governed by the United States Golf Association.

An expert commission made up of members of the R&A and USGA, oversees and refines the rules every four years. The latest revision has been in force since January 1, 2016. Changes to the rules of golf generally fall into two main categories: those that improve understanding and those that in certain cases reduce penalties to ensure balance.

The rule book, entitled “Rules of Golf”, is published on a regular basis and also includes rules governing amateur status. In Italy it is up to Federgolf to supervise the competitions by enforcing the rules issued by the R & A, checking that these rules are observed by the Clubs, Associations and their members and manages the resulting sporting justice, protecting their interests abroad.
