Chelsea 0-0 Liverpool LIVE: Salah hits bar before Jackson denied by Alisson as Pochettino begins Blues reign

Follow all the action as Chelsea face Liverpool at Stamford Bridge to get their Premier League seasons underway.

Mauricio Pochettino takes charge of his first competitive game as Blues manager and will be desperate to make a positive start.

The west Londoners finished 12th in the top-flight after a disastrous last campaign but hopes have been reignited by the arrival of Pochettino.

Jurgen Klopp will not have been pleased with his side last season either, with the Reds performing below their usual standards.

A fifth-placed finish meant they disappointingly missed out on a Champions League spot.

However, after a pre-season filled with goals, Klopp’s men look to be back firing and will be aiming to challenge at the top of the table once again.
