ITA National Championships: the quarterfinals results

The ITA National Team Indoor Championships, which is being played in Seattle, has profiled the tournament’s semi-finalist women’s teams. In fact, the quarter-finals were played on Saturday 10 February 2024, which found surprises and confirmations.

NC State University took revenge for last season’s painful defeat of its rival University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, and will face University of Michigan, which eliminated University of Virginia, in the semifinals.

Oklahoma State University beat University of Texas in its quarterfinal and will face Stanford University, which defeated Ohio State University, in today’s second semifinal.

Quarterfinals:

Michigan (4) def. Virginia 4-1
Stanford (2) def. Ohio State 4-1
NC State (8) def. North Carolina (1) 4-3
Oklahoma State (3) def. Texas (6) 4-3

Consolation:

Georgia (7) def. Florida 4-1
Pepperdine (5) def. California 4-2
Texas A&M def. Auburn 4-1
USC def. Washington 4-3

Semifinals:

Michigan (4) vs. NC State (NTC)
Stanford (2) vs. Oklahoma State (NTC)
