Manchester City are Premier League champions once again and are ready to celebrate against Chelsea today.

Pep Guardiola’s side didn’t have to kick a ball as Arsenal were beaten 1-0 by Nottingham Forest, ending the title race.

The Citizens have won 11 straight games in the Premier League, capitalising on Arsenal slipping up and sealing yet another top-flight trophy.

They are the first team since rivals Manchester United to win the title three seasons in a row, with the Red Devils achieving that feat between 2007 and 2010.
